Who operates this store
Pauselio is operated by AetherCloud Labs LLC. These terms apply to your use of pauselio.com and purchases from our store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and policies presented to you at checkout, subject to your rights under applicable law.
Orders and customer details
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and review your items, quantities, address, shipping charges, and order total before completing checkout. If you notice an error or need to request a change or cancellation, contact support@pauselio.com promptly. Our team will check the status of the order and explain the available options. An order confirmation does not mean the order has already shipped.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The full amount due is shown before order placement. We accept cash on delivery, payable to the delivery carrier in cash or by bank card. Please read our Payment Policy for details. We will not add an undisclosed payment or service surcharge after you place an order.
Delivery returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch, delivery estimates, and shipping charges. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-day return and exchange window, item conditions, defect exceptions, free approved return shipping, and bank-transfer refunds. Please read these policies before purchasing.
Product information and use
Review each product page for its materials, dimensions, intended age range, and any safety or care instructions. Use products as directed and retain relevant product information. If a product is defective, contact us under our Return and Refund Policy.
Shopify services
Our store uses Shopify’s platform. When you visit or buy from Pauselio, Shopify processes personal information to provide its services. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, so these services may use information about activity involving our store, other merchants, and Shopify. Personal information is provided to Shopify and other service providers, including recipients in other countries, for these purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and your available privacy choices.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information connected with orders, customer support, refunds, and the operation of this store. Please do not send payment passwords, PINs, or verification codes to customer service.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes will not be used to remove rights or promises applicable to orders already placed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
