Who we are

Pauselio is operated by AetherCloud Labs LLC. This policy describes personal information handled in connection with pauselio.com, purchases, customer support, and refunds. You can contact us at support@pauselio.com or write to AetherCloud Labs LLC, 585 S Ferris St, Powell, WY 82435, United States.

Order support and refund information

Information you provide may include your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, order details, and customer support messages. For a bank-transfer refund, we also need the account holder and bank details required to send the approved refund. We use this information to process orders, arrange delivery and payment collection, respond to requests, and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. We do not need your online banking password, PIN, or verification codes.

Store technology and advertising

Our store is hosted on Shopify. We use standard Google Ads conversion tracking through the Google & YouTube app to measure configured events, such as purchases, associated with our advertising. This feature may use cookies and similar technologies to record advertising click identifiers and related conversion event information and send that information to Google for measuring and improving advertising performance. Google remarketing and enhanced conversions are not enabled through this integration. We do not use Google Analytics 4. These statements describe our Google integration; Shopify’s processing is explained separately below. Service providers and disclosures

We share information needed to provide the services you request with Shopify, fulfillment and delivery providers, and banks or payment providers involved in collection or refunds. We share conversion-related information with Google as described above. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and prevent fraud, or at your direction. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Any applicable requirements for international transfers remain in effect.

Shopify services and Network Intelligence

Shopify hosts Pauselio and processes personal information when you browse our store or make a purchase. We have enabled Shopify Network Intelligence. Through this feature, Shopify combines data from activity on our store with information about activity involving other merchants and Shopify to deliver enhanced services, including personalization and advertising-related services.

We provide personal information to Shopify and other providers for these services. These recipients may operate outside your country. Details about Shopify’s handling of consumer information and available choices are provided in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers. You can also visit https://privacy.shopify.com to learn about requests concerning information processed by Shopify.

Marketing emails

If you subscribe to our email list, we use your email address to send product updates and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or by contacting support@pauselio.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop messages needed to manage your orders, deliveries, returns, or refunds.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We apply safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access to bank details used for refunds should be limited to people who need them to process and record the transfer.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and to opt out of certain uses such as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where those rights apply. Contact support@pauselio.com to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your request using information reasonably necessary for that purpose. Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with evidence of authorization. If you wish to appeal our response, reply to our decision or email the same address with your request and the reason for the appeal. We will handle requests and appeals under the applicable requirements and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To exercise an applicable right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, you can use our Your Privacy Choices page at /pages/data-sharing-opt-out. Cookies and browser controls

You can use your browser settings to manage or block cookies. Blocking cookies can affect store functions and advertising measurement. Browser controls do not necessarily stop every type of data processing or replace a privacy-rights request. Contact support@pauselio.com if you need help with a privacy choice concerning our store.

Questions concerning children

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate permission, contact support@pauselio.com so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action under applicable law.

Updates
