Cash on delivery
Pauselio accepts cash on delivery. Place your order on pauselio.com and pay the delivery carrier when your order arrives. You may pay in cash or by bank card. No online prepayment is required for a cash-on-delivery order.
Amount due
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Your order total, including any shipping charge and applicable tax, is shown before you place the order. Orders below the $25.00 merchandise threshold have a $12.00 shipping charge; qualifying orders of $25.00 or more ship free, as described in our Shipping Policy. We do not charge an additional cash-on-delivery fee, payment handling fee, or other service surcharge.
Order confirmation
After you complete checkout, you will receive an order confirmation showing your order details and the amount due at delivery. Estimated processing and transit times are described in our Shipping Policy. Contact support@pauselio.com if you need help with a payment or an order.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the bank account you provide to our support team. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, the return process, and refund timing.
