Where we ship
We ship orders from warehouses located in the United States. We deliver within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Available delivery options for your address are shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
Order processing takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is therefore 4–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If your order is delayed, please contact us for help.
Shipping charges
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $25.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $25.00 USD have a $12.00 USD shipping charge. The threshold is calculated after discounts and excludes shipping and any applicable tax. Shipping charges and any applicable tax are disclosed before you place your order. There is no additional handling fee or cash-on-delivery collection fee.
Delivery and payment
Your order is delivered by a carrier arranged by Pauselio. Payment is collected by the carrier at delivery, in cash or by bank card. The amount due is the order total shown at checkout. Pauselio does not add a separate delivery-time collection fee.
Delivery issues
If your parcel is late, missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact support@pauselio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the delivery information and help arrange the appropriate next steps. For returns and exchanges, please read our Return and Refund Policy before sending any item back.
